Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ARTEI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ARTEI is an art gallery management platform that provides tools for catalog management, sales tracking, client relationship management, website generation, and related services for art professionals.

Account Registration

To use ARTEI, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to use ARTEI.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

ARTEI offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium, Tailored) with different features and limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.

User Content and Data

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to ARTEI ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, false, or misleading
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others

Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of Your Content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by ARTEI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTEI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
